Nursing In-Home Shifts RN/LPN (Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse)

7,500 SIGN ON BONUS

The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff. Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety Transfers employees among units per staffing demands Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs Oversee unit operations during absence of higher-level management Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Minimum of two years’ experience in a long-term care setting
