Program Manager

Leads overall DNA-P program execution, ensuring delivery of cloud hosting, data integration, analytics development, access control implementation, security compliance, and user support across SAFER, PULSE, and VAPER. Serves as the primary liaison to DOE/NNSA, responsible for transition, operations, reporting, and performance oversight.

• Oversee all transition activities, including cloud environment setup, re-establishment of data connections, ISSP development, and ATO/IATO preparation. • Manage delivery of SAFER, PULSE, and VAPER dashboards, tools, and data visualizations. • Coordinate data ingestion, curation, transformation, and quality monitoring across 8,500+ datasets. • Ensure compliance with DOE OneID, UCNI handling, PII protections, ISAs, and SIEM/Splunk audit log delivery. • Direct operations & maintenance, including daily refresh cycles, connection monitoring, and platform expansion. • Lead administration and management functions: account management, issue tracking, task tracking, user request tracking, and usage analytics. • Oversee user support, training content, demonstrations, and steering committee participation. • Manage optional development cycles (1–9 months), including new dashboards, AI tooling, and new data connections. • Ensure all deliverables meet milestones (Transition Plan, QASP, CM Plan, SQA Plan, POAMs, platform launch).
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8–12+ years managing large-scale federal IT programs, cloud platforms, or data analytics systems. • Experience leading multi-year programs with complex data ingestion, analytics, and security requirements. • Familiarity with DOE/NNSA environments preferred. Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
