Trim hedges and edge around walks, flower beds, driveways, wells, etc. Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth, using shears and other hand tools;
Spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer or insecticide;
Plant grass, flowers, trees and shrubs;
Water lawns and shrubs during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler systems;
Assists in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment;
Cleans comfort stations, workshop areas, parking lots, etc. Maintain written and electronic records, document actions and present written progress reports
Perform work and/or duties as directed in areas other than Grounds Laborer/Helper.
Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
Employees may be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility, as well as meeting ongoing program requirements to maintain eligibility and compliance.
