Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time, Weekend Shifts)

Overview This is a “front of the house” position where the primary role is to meet and greet customers both on the phone and in person. We are looking for someone to facilitate a seamless and pleasant exchange when customers are coming and going. Database Entry and Filing Paperwork
Cross-Selling our products and services including training, grooming, daycare, boarding, and dog park
Gathering vaccine records and information needed for the care and welfare of our customer’s dogs, including but not limited to: shot records, special requests, health issues, grooming instructions, and feeding instructions
Support other staff members, including taking dogs and belongings between the office and kennel
Qualifications and Skills Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Database experience
Experience in animal care industry preferred but not required
Job Type Part-time
Holidays off
Weekend availability occasionally
Morning and Afternoon shifts
No evenings or overnights
Looking for two candidates that can ideally work both shifts of a day, 2-3 days per week
