The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values.Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers. Clearly communicates and enforces standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety;Participates in training for Cashier training & follows policies to include WIC, Checks, Liquor, Tobacco;Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity;Responsible for presentation of Front End, cleaning & organization -- uniform & personal appearance of self; Customer Service:Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always; Skills and Qualifications:Customer Service and retail experience desirable.Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.The pay scale above is a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position.
