Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist Physical Therapy Central, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

you'll have access to leadership and a built-in buddy system across clinic locations

Manage front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls

Review, schedule, and follow up on incoming referrals by gathering information, creating or updating patient records, and helping patients understand next steps

Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments accurately and professionally, including basic payment tracking or reconciliation when needed

Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentation

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED

Experience in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, or similar clinical office setting preferred but not required.

Comfort using computers, phones, scheduling systems, electronic medical records, email, and basic spreadsheets

A calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the team
