Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting
Administer high-alert medications, IV therapy, and ventilator management
Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document care procedures accurately using Epic electronic health records
Respond swiftly to emergencies and manage complex neonatal cases
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years NICU experience with Level III units
Epic EMR experience
Certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE
Experience managing ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high-alert medications
Preferred:
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
