A nationally active commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple stakeholders, and delivers high-quality projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Exposure to high-profile, complex commercial projects

A collaborative, performance-driven project team environment

4+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction

Strong field management and jobsite leadership skills

Proven ability to manage site operations, labor relations (including union environments), subcontractors, safety, and schedule execution

Demonstrated track record successfully delivering construction projects

Solid understanding of building systems and technical construction components

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with construction scheduling software, project management platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual construction tools

Experience training or mentoring staff on technical processes and quality standards

Working knowledge of LEED and sustainable construction practices preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred
