Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus* as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.
At Care Options for Kids, we've built a home health COTA role around what therapy assistants value most: strong clinical support, meaningful hands-on experience, and flexibility that fits different career paths and life stages.
In this role, you'll work directly with children in home-based settings, supporting occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed OTs. You'll help children build functional skills, support daily routines, and partner with families to promote carryover in real-world environments. Whether you're a COTA who enjoys building a long-term career in this role or someone considering future growth, you'll be supported, valued, and set up for success.
