I'm Dr. Rob Letizia (PT, DPT, 25+ years). I built Spectrum Therapeutics of NJ in Wayne into a single-provider, one-patient-at-a-time clinic with 280+ five-star reviews — no mill, no double-booking. Now I'm hiring ONE Physical Therapist to grow with me and build their own brand with my guidance and funding behind them. The big chains hire you to build THEIR brand; here, you build YOURS.
- A real salary now — $85,000–$100,000 — plus 401(k), PTO, CEU allowance, and license reimbursement

- Niche skills most PTs never get to touch: vestibular / dizziness rehabilitation + shockwave therapy (ESWT)

Who I'm looking for:
- NJ PT license or license-eligible — new grads and early-career PTs (0–5 years) welcome
- Hungry, a little entrepreneurial, and tired of billing units for someone else's brand
- A strong communicator who genuinely connects with patients
