PRN Opportunities Available Join our team at a beautifully renovated 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility in Fayetteville, NC. We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. Our clinical team works closely with nursing, physicians, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and restorative nursing aides to meet the needs of our residents. This facility specializes in post-acute rehabilitation for short-stay recovery, utilizing evidence-based interventions in a supportive and team-focused environment.
Position Highlights:
Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions for both post-acute and long-term care residents in a skilled nursing setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
