Weekend Groundskeeper

GroundskeeperStonemark Management, a national multi-family management company, has an opening for a highly motivated, full-time Groundskeeper to join our team. Must be capable of working with little or no supervision, and be able to work outside, in all weather conditions and to perform physically difficult work. Position Summary: Responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of community in a clean and safe condition.Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed. Maintains watering and drainage systems. Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. RequirementsExperience/Skills: One year of experience as a groundskeeper is preferred but not required. General property maintenance skills preferred (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.) Excellent customer service skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed. Must submit to a background check and drug testing.
