Shift Lead Janitor/Custodian

Role: Lead Custodian
Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you'll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff. Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
