Production Presser

Flexo Press Operator
We are seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials.
Review job tickets and work orders for setup instructions, ink specifications, and materials.
Monitor color accuracy, registration, tension, and die-cuts during production runs.
Troubleshoot mechanical or print quality issues as they occur.
Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety and LEAN manufacturing rules.
Experience in printing press operation and machine setup.
Proficient in changeover and mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of packaging, printing, and machine operation in corrugated and die-cutting processes.
Experience with programming and operation of Nilpeter presses.
High school diploma or GED required.

• Clear color vision and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a clean, organized facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Follow safety protocols and LEAN manufacturing principles while wearing appropriate attire for press operation.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
