UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Urologist to join our growing team in Leominster, MA. Join a community-focused urology practice with an emphasis on accessible, high-quality outpatient care. This role includes a robust volume of ambulatory, office-based procedures including vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate biopsies, TRUS, and supporting a well-rounded general urology practice with strong patient continuity.
Established and growing community-based urology practice with collaborative, supportive colleagues
Opportunity to build a broad general urology practice with a balanced mix of outpatient care and procedures
Modern technology platforms (e.g., Epic EMR) for seamless communication and workflow efficiency
Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work-life balance
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Interest in practicing in a community-based setting
