Key Responsibilities Manage case files and legal documentation with paralegal proficiency

Collect and review medical records, including creating medical treatment timeline summaries

Assist in drafting Pleadings, Motions, and Orders

Draft and answer Discovery, Interrogatories, and Production Requests

Handle administrative and operational tasks across departments outside of legal

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 2 years in a law firm setting handling civil and/or criminal litigation

Proven ability to independently manage the full lifecycle of legal documentation and case preparation

Genuine enthusiasm for stepping outside the legal world and learning new industries
