MTM Pharmacist Help Patients Get the Most Out of Their Medications
Are you passionate about patient care and looking for a role with strong clinical impact and better work-life balance? We're seeking MTM Pharmacists (Medication Therapy Management) to join our growing team. Collaborate with prescribers, health plans, and care teams to resolve therapy issues.
Document interventions clearly and maintain compliance with MTM program requirements.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the U.Experience: Retail, hospital, ambulatory care, or prior MTM experience is a plusbut all licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply, including new grads.
Flexibility: Many MTM pharmacist positions offer remote or hybrid work.
Build expertise in managed care, ambulatory care, and clinical pharmacy pathways.
