The ideal candidate for this position will be a dynamic and innovative IT professional with a strong background in domain architecture and a deep understanding of the utility industry. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by driving the transformation of key field operation systems and building a robust digital strategy. Collaborate closely with the field to understand their technology needs and challenges, and develop solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that supports the organization’s strategic objectives and drives operational efficiency.

Lead the transformation of key field operation systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.

Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s IT architecture, and ensure it is scalable and flexible enough to support future growth and change.

Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Proven experience in partnering with the field and analyzing field technology.

Demonstrated ability to build a digital strategy and vision, and drive the transformation of key field operation systems.

Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
