Talent Sourcer - Remote Position

A hiring request arrives, gets reviewed, researched, matched with potential candidates, recorded, and moved forward with clear notes. The Talent Sourcer helps build thoughtful candidate pipelines that give recruiters a dependable starting point for open roles and support timely hiring activity. This entry-level role sits on the recruiting team and works under a recruiting team lead while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring contacts, and candidates. The Talent Sourcer works fully remote from a work from home setting in Georgia, United States, using approved systems to organize outreach and share candidate information. Working days and shift times may vary. Review incoming role requests, priority notes, and search criteria from recruiters to understand the position, target background, and outreach needs.

Build search lists using a professional networking platform such as LinkedIn Recruiter and compare profile details against recruiter-provided requirements.

Enter candidate contact details, source information, search status, and concise activity notes in an applicant-tracking system such as Workday.

Send approved introductory outreach through email or platform messaging, explain the opportunity at a high level, and invite interested candidates to respond.

Follow up on unanswered outreach according to team guidance, maintaining professional language and avoiding duplicate contact attempts.

Escalate unclear role requirements, candidate questions requiring recruiter input, duplicate profiles, or system access issues to the assigned recruiter or recruiting team lead.

Prepare organized candidate lists and activity summaries using a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Microsoft Excel for recruiter review and pipeline discussions.

Maintain quality through accurate candidate matching, timely outreach and updates, complete notes, and reliable follow-up on assigned searches.

High school diploma or equivalent.

No experience required, related experience preferred.

Interest in recruiting support, candidate research, and building organized pipelines for open positions.

Familiarity with professional networking profiles, job boards, and respectful candidate outreach preferred.

Ability to learn an applicant-tracking system such as Workday and follow established status and note practices.

Familiarity with a professional networking platform such as LinkedIn Recruiter and a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly preferred.

Ability to use a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Microsoft Excel to sort lists and maintain accurate candidate information.

Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quiet private workspace, and availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.

Fully remote work supporting recruiting activity from a dedicated work from home setting.

Structured onboarding and training on Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, and Microsoft Excel.

Regular check-ins with the recruiting team lead to review search progress, priorities, and questions.
