The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's growth objectives. This high-impact executive role involves owning the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity, and determining the best approach to serve the firm's distinct product lines and audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for building awareness and credibility among various investor segments, leading digital marketing efforts, and creating scalable processes to support product launches. Additionally, the CMO will be tasked with recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing marketing team, establishing KPIs, and serving as a thought partner to the executive team on brand strategy and market expansion.
Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a direct background in ETFs, asset management, wealth management, brokerage, or fintech investment platforms. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and elevating brands within a highly regulated industry, as well as experience in marketing to both financial advisors and retail investors. Familiarity with international market expansion, particularly in Asia, and experience in a founder-led or entrepreneurial setting are preferred.
