Remote Healthcare Advocate - (Call Center)

Providing exceptional customer service in a remote full-time capacity, the Member Services Advocate will navigate healthcare inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for members while managing multiple systems and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from members regarding health insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility
Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and advocate for their care and support needs
Document call details accurately and collaborate with team members to address complex issues
Required qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service within healthcare or call center environments
Familiarity with medical terminology and prior experience in a virtual/remote setting is preferred
