HR Generalist (Temp-to-Hire)

We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist to support programs that serve children, families, and school-based environments.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations in a collaborative, mission-driven, and non-corporate setting.

Recruiting, Onboarding & HR Operations

Lead full-cycle recruiting (a top priority)

Coordinate onboarding and new hire experience

Manage HR administrative processes and systems

Partner with hiring managers across multiple locations

Employee Relations

Partner with leadership to resolve HR matters

3+ years of recruiting experience

• Tech-savvy (experience with HRIS systems preferred)
• Ability to balance administrative and employee-facing work
• Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred/a plus)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Comfortable working in environments connected to schools and youth programs
