Cher-Make, part of the Lakeside Foods family, is seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll oversee production, warehousing, inventory, equipment performance, and team leadership to ensure a safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation. Lead daily operations for production, warehousing, inventory, and equipment performance.

Supervise operations personnel, including supervisors and hourly employees.

Monitor KPIs to ensure targets for safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved.

Oversee maintenance and proper use of machinery, equipment, and materials.

Ensure accurate production and shipping records.

Bachelor’s degree in operations, business, engineering, or related field preferred.

Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of production workflows and equipment.

Comfort working with data, metrics, and operational reporting.

Commitment to fostering safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
