Job Description We are ideally looking for an Attorney with experience in Elder Law, Probate, Guardianship, or Litigation. We're dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of elder law, estate planning, and asset protection with compassion and integrity. As an Attorney with us, you'll play a vital role in providing trusted legal counsel, conducting thorough research, and creating tailored solutions that empower clients to secure their futures with confidence. We value excellent communication and fact-finding skills, as these are essential in building lasting relationships with clients. Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action
Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys
Draft probate and guardianship documents.
