Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care in a Medical Surgical setting. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Shift Details
Full-time position with 12-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. The facility offers 48 guaranteed hours each week.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care based on best practices and established protocols.
Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and ongoing care processes.
Document patient care and treatment effectively and accurately.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg or related environment.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
