We are looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate or early-career professional to join our experienced technology reliability development team. Develop Reliability Models based on data and underlying degradation kinetics.Perform Bench testing and collect dataDevelop new test capability using parametric analyzers and bench equipmentLong term package level testing for reliability modelingBTI process optimization for advanced analog/CMOS nodes
