Manage the program plan to ensure timely, quality completion aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor and mitigate program risks promptly.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, UX, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts and resolve roadblocks.
Conduct program reviews with Engineering, Product, UX, and Science leadership to assess progress, address issues, and drive recommendations.
Engage cross-functional partners regularly to gather feedback and refine strategic processes for quality and engineering best practices.
Plan and manage large, complex programs, driving project delivery through engineering and product managers; step in to manage projects as needed.
Manage program teams to deliver value and collaborate with senior partners and other program managers to define and execute roadmaps.
Conduct risk assessments to ensure implementation plans meet partner requirements and strategic priorities.

Mentor project teams and junior program/project managers to enhance their project management skills and close skill gaps.
