Full-Time Order Picker Team Lead

Order Selector Lead - Beckley, WV

Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks.

May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.

May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

Shift and Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products. This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack - Walkie Rider - Voice Audio Headset - Shrink Wrap

Hand Stacking - EPJ - Pallet Jacks - Voice Audio - Headsets - Picking - Picker - Order - Order Selecting - Pallets

Pay starting at $20.60 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.72 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
