Residential Counselor
Salary Range: $20.50 - $21.50/hour depending on experience + sign‑on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro‑rated for part‑time).

We are looking for 2 full‑time employees (40 hours/week) to cover the following:
Shift One: Saturday - Wednesday 3:30pm - 11:30pm (Thursday/Friday off).
Shift Two: Wednesday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm, and Saturday/Sunday 9am - 5pm (Mon/Tues off).
Directly supervise and engage with youth/residents in activities and daily routines.
Support skill building for all youth/residents through collaborative team work.
Facilitating recreational activities for clients, working with the staff team to ensure the program structure while providing positive role modeling for youth.
Assist the program in providing basic needs for clients, such as regular meals, a safe and clean living environment, recreational activities, and appropriate hygiene.
High quality communication skills show an ability to connect with others, approachability, being respectful to others, able to communicate with others at all levels.
Ability to manage risk.
Dynamic ability to support youth.
Demonstrates flexibility and creative thinking (i.e. ability to adapt and adjust to changing work situations, processes, and procedures).
Must be available evenings and weekends.
Trauma Informed Practice, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, CPR and First Aid.
