Cass Human Service Zone is hiring a Human Resources Associate in Fargo, North Dakota

Cass Human Service Zone is seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Associate to support the daily human resources functions of Cass Human Service Zone and serve as a resource for Team Members, Leadership, and Zone Administration on basic human resource policies and procedures.

Human Resources Associate duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding processes;

Maintaining accurate administrative and personnel documentation, while ensuring adherence to applicable Federal, State, and County employment laws, practices, and policies;

Providing administrative support to Zone Administration and leadership, contributing to the overall effectiveness and integrity of Zone operations.

To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor"s degree in human resources, management, or related field; or High School diploma/equivalent, and a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Demonstrated Experience In Human Resources And Administrative Support Required.

The successful applicant must pass a standard background, motor vehicle, and criminal record check.
