We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our NEMT team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching drivers to transport clients to and from their appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with other team members to optimize route planning and improve service efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the transportation or NEMT industry.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
