Director of Operations Opportunity - Milwaukee, WI
We are partnering with a growing, high‑performing restaurant organization seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead a large multi‑unit QSR market in the Milwaukee area.

Strong background in people development, culture building, and operational execution

Proven success driving sales, profitability, food safety, and guest experience metrics

Experience leading District Managers and multi‑level operations teams

Lead and support multi‑unit operations across a large market

Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business strategy

Ensure strong financial performance and KPI accountability

Champion culture, training, and guest satisfaction

This role REQUIRES polished, hands‑on QSR operations leader with deep experience in drive‑thru operations, team development, and large‑scale multi‑unit leadership.
