Mortgage Originator- Remote

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. As a Mortgage Loan Originator on our Sales team, you'll be the first voice a client hears—and the trusted guide they rely on throughout their homebuying journey. You’ll engage directly with prospective and current clients over phone and email, providing clear, expert guidance on loan products, prequalification, and next steps—all while building strong relationships rooted in trust and transparency. Working closely with our Operations and Processing teams, you’ll manage a robust pipeline, make outbound calls to generate new business, and own the client experience from first conversation through closing. • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and strengthen retention
• Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and cycle time targets

At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of performance and client trust

• NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with hands-on experience in originating a wide range of loan products
• Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and their unique benefits to clients
• Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to connect, empathize, and guide clients confidently through the loan process
• This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included above. Total Cash Compensation: $35k per year plus role specific incentive
