Overtime Eligibility Status Non-Exempt

As an RN – ED you will assess, plan, perform, document, and evaluate professional independent nursing practice at Lakeview Hospital; to provide work direction for and oversight of the nursing care provided by unlicensed personnel; to perform and document functions such as carrying out the provider's medical orders; to coordinate, communicate, interpret, and explain patient care services to the patient his/her family, health professionals and important others; Every third weekend rotation. Flex schedule.

Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with current enrollment in Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree program or Registered Nursing Certificate (post baccalaureate degree).

• Licensed as a RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry
• Registered nurses re-entering the nursing field, who have not completed 520 hours of nursing practice in the past four (4) years must successfully complete a recognized refresher course to qualify for employment. Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• 1 year of ED RN experience required

Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Nursing

Associate Degree prepared nurses enrolled in Baccalaureate in Nursing program
