Respiratory Therapist - Hospital (Respiratory Therapy #)

Seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to assess patients' respiratory needs, develop and evaluate treatment plans, and ensure optimal patient and family experience.
Key responsibilities include performing thorough patient assessments, administering therapies such as aerosolized medications, oxygen, and secretion management, and managing mechanical ventilators per protocol. The role involves patient education, intra‑hospital transport, emergency airway management, monitoring, and assisting with invasive procedures like bronchoscopy and line placements. Additionally, the therapist maintains safety standards, manages blood gas samples, and functions as a shift coordinator and preceptor.
Qualifications:** Graduate from a Specialty Training Program. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required.
