Lactation consultant experience required.

The Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is an expert in the management of breastfeeding mother-baby relationships. The IBCLC acts as coach, consultant, teacher, and lactation expert working collaboratively with the Newborn, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Family Practice, and nursing care teams to develop feeding plans for a range of infants from the normal newborn to the complex neonate.
A minimum of an associate degree from a state approved or accredited program in nursing program is required.
Certification by IBCLC (International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners) is required.
Basic Life Support is required.
Able to hear, or correctable with hearing devices, and able to talk to converse with others in person and over the phone.
Able to hear, see, and feel to accurately assess, monitor, and administer care
