Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Patient Service Center Team at 6169 S. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, rotational Saturdays included in this role.
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Pay Range Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
