As a result, a full-time position is available for a highly motivated individual to join our Building Engineering group as a Senior Electrical Engineer. This opportunity is available at either our Denver, CO, Madison, WI, Dallas, TX, Sacramento, CA, or San Diego, CA office locations.
Low and medium voltage power systems
Lighting systems and associated controls
Fire alarm and mass notification systems

Preparing construction plans and specifications of electrical systems
Developing probable construction costs
Providing construction administration and site visits
A valid driver's license and some travel will be required.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in electrical or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university
At least 8 years of relevant electrical experience
Project manager experience with managing multiple projects / major project scopes or multi-discipline projects
Experience with developing market leads, pricing, estimating, and scoping for proposed projects
Experience with development of project budgeting, resource allocation, and project scheduling
Designing low and medium voltage power, lighting systems and controls, fire alarm and detection systems

Preparing construction document drawings using Revit
Designing electrical systems using power design (EasyPower preferred)
Using lighting calculations software (AGI32 preferred)
Coordinating the preparation of construction document drawings and specifications
Providing construction administration services and site visits related to electrical systems
Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
