Klassic Recruiting is partnering with our client to source a Mortgage Loan Officer to join their offices located in Cedar Park, TX. This fast paced sales role works within a fun and team orientated environment but also provides the opportunity of financial reward through individual effort.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Loan Officer:
Interview Mortgage applicants to understand potential borrowing needs.
Analyze and screen preliminary requests in accordance with industry regulations and established company policies.
Manage & monitor loan process from application to closing, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved (Borrowers & Lenders)
Advise applicants on available loan products, processing procedures, underwriting guidelines, and other Credit Union products.
Meet annual sales objectives and revenue targets, where financial incentives are reflective of individual performance.
Build network of clients and business opportunities through interacting with real estate agents, property appraisers and attorneys.
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Loan Officer:
Three years of progressive experience in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan processing or as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
