You will be a Systems Design & Requirements Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL, responsible for developing a system architecture using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in developing models for current and future system designs, and serving as the focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture for various stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing As a Systems Design & Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Defining system design for software requirements and functional interfaces
Coordinating with the team for modeling and simulation scenarios, and predicted performance
Supporting system timelines and working with software and hardware teams
Documenting system design and implementation for various use case scenarios
Conducting model-based performance simulations to determine the impact of requirements changes on system performance and behaviors

If you have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience, and experience with DOORS 9.7, we encourage you to apply. You should also have experience performing trade studies and be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, as U.CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Desired skills Proficient in DOORS, MATLAB, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using Cameo and Data Hub. Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Work Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
