Cybersecurity Technical Communicator

Leidos is currently seeking a skilled Technical Writer to support our mission customer in the Linthicum MD area.
The Technical Writer will join a team whose mission is to provide cyber security support to the Nuclear Command and Control System (NCCS) organization within the Cyber Security Directorate (CSD).
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and performance status.
Update status briefings to include Gantt chart and schedule for bi-weekly brief to leadership.
Update spreadsheet and Power Point briefs Project requirements and master plan and schedule.
Update the SOW and reference documents for follow-on contract
Complete Data transfers from unclassified network to classified networks
Provide feedback on the contracting schedule for the program to remain in sync to project lead.
8 years' of experience as a technical writer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred. Four (4) years of additional technical writer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint experienced desired.
