LTC Therapy Services at Lowell
LTC Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care and helping residents make meaningful progress toward greater mobility and independence.

$33–$36/hour
What You'll Do

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Work with residents on strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
Monitor progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams
Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required
