Registered Nurse (RN) ICU/Telemetry

RN – Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU and ICU

Contract Weeks: 13

ICU experience required, with willingness to float to Medical Surgical if needed

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (education verification required)

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.

Document patient care according to standards.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare team.

Participate in performance improvement activities.

Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units as needed.
