The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse medical and post-surgical patient population. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical judgment, and compassionate care in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment focused on professional growth and clinical excellence.

Unit Overview

This 28-bed Medical Unit supports a wide range of patient populations, including:

GI bleeds

The unit is known for its strong teamwork, collaborative culture, and hands-on learning environment.

Shift Details

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Every 3rd weekend

Rotating holidays

Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus

Night shift differentials

Deliver age-appropriate, individualized nursing care

Perform ongoing patient assessments and develop/update plans of care

Implement safe, evidence-based nursing interventions

Evaluate patient responses and modify care as needed

Perform technical nursing skills competently and independently

Identify and report safety risks and follow established precautions

Active Nebraska RN license or valid compact multistate license

ICU consideration requires 2+ years of critical care experience

Extensive training and paid certifications
