STAFF PHARMACIST - PRN/WEEKENDS

Job Description Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. An outpatient pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for ongoing PRN coverage to support vacation and daily staffing needs. This role requires flexibility with scheduling, providing vital pharmacy services in an outpatient setting. The position is located in Fremont, CA, and offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care by ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and excellent pharmaceutical guidance.

Job Type: Contract

Tuesday and Wednesday, with possible weekend shifts

Maintain detailed patient records, including medication histories and any potential drug interactions

Manage pharmacy inventory by ordering and restocking medications as required

Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations

Recent pharmacy experience required

Experience in an outpatient pharmacy setting is a strong plus

Flexible availability to accommodate variable and weekend shifts
