Quick Facts Location: Turlock, CA Start Date: 08/05/2026 End Date: 08/10/2026 Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8:00 am 5:00 pm) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certs: Active California license, certifications including ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Experience: 50+ case logs within the past 24 months required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time, travel and licensing reimbursements What You ll Do Provide outpatient and inpatient ENT care, including assessments and management for adult patients Respond to emergency calls from Friday through Sunday, starting at 7:00 am, with a 15-20 minute response time Collaborate with support staff, including RNs and office staff, to deliver quality patient care Perform rounding on assigned and unassigned patients in the hospital setting Document patient encounters using Athena or Cerner EMR systems Assist with patient admissions and other ENT procedures as required Follow guidelines for trauma and stroke certification standards What You Need Required: Active California license; no IMLC accepted Certified in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS At least 50 case logs in the past 24 months 2+ years of relevant ENT experience Strong assessment, communication, and multitasking skills Preferred: Fellowship training in Otolaryngology Experience with inpatient and outpatient care Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This position involves providing specialized Otolaryngology care in a busy hospital with 209 beds, including inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. The facility is certified for stroke and trauma, supporting comprehensive patient management. A dedicated support team will assist you in delivering exceptional care during this brief but impactful assignment.
