Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes throughout Long Branch and the surrounding Monmouth County, NJ area.

You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Long Branch and surrounding Monmouth County communities , developing individualized treatment plans while maintaining full clinical autonomy.

Our administrative team manages scheduling, patient coordination, and documentation support so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Shadowing opportunities are available for therapists who are newer to home health or want to experience our model before getting started.

• Medical stipend (up to $250/month).

Home health experience is a plus but not required.
