NICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift in Covington, LA (12-Hour Shifts)

Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (18:45 – 07:15)
Employment Type: Full-Time / PRN options available
Experience: Minimum 3 years in NICU or Pediatric unit, Epic experience preferred
Hourly Pay: $56.95/hour
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
Educate and update parents about their infant's care and breastfeeding support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including NNPs, MDs, RNs, social services, and therapists
Float to neonatal outpatient units and newborn nurseries as needed
Valid RN license and current BLS & NRP certifications
At least 3 years of NICU or comparable pediatric experience, management of ventilators, central lines, and medication administration
Skilled in procedures like IV placements, blood draws, chest tube assistance, and intubation
Compassionate with strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience with Epic electronic health records a plus
