ABA Direct Support Professional - Part/Full-Time

$17 per hour

Supportive Community Innovations offers a wide range of services, including ABA therapy, Behavior Support Services, Recreational Therapy, and more, for individuals with autism, developmental differences, and general behavioral and mental health concerns. Our focus is on ever improving outcomes for those we serve, and we aim to advance the field.

Established in August 2016, we have seen substantial growth and are dedicated to supporting individuals and families.

We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to making a difference and want to contribute to our mission of advancing services in our communities. Direct Support Professionals work in client homes, community settings, and outpatient offices to provide assistance in skill building and independent living. This position offers opportunities for extensive training, professional development, and a career in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, if desired.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Wage: Starting wage at $17 per hour, commensurate with experience

Employment: Full time once staff is working 30 hours per week

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration

Day and evening availability (weekends may be required)

Technical writing skills

Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with developmental differences

Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, clinical and administrative support professionals, individuals, and families

Bonus Qualifications

Experience in the ABA field is a plus but not required

Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred

Implement feedback accurately and efficiently from clinical and administrative staff

Work in various settings including client homes, community spaces, and outpatient offices

Collaborate closely with a variety of technicians, clinical and administrative support professionals, and families

Comply with all safety and procedure protocols to ensure the well-being of individuals under your care

Full-time eligibility at 30 hours per week
