Temporary Maintenance Person

About the Company Our client is a leading environmental services and waste management company. Dedicated to keeping communities clean and sustainable, they rely on a massive, active fleet of specialized vehicles. We are seeking a highly organized, temporary clerk to support their maintenance shop operations during a busy transitional period.

Proven, hands-on experience utilizing Oracle database software for procurement, inventory, or data entry.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general office, data entry, or clerical experience. Prior experience in a maintenance shop, fleet, trucking, or logistics environment is highly preferred.
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the physical ability to help organize, lift, and distribute mechanical parts.
27 - $28 per hour
shift: Assures the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
 Maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and
corrective maintenance performed on all units.

• Inputs fleet information into the computerized fleet management system daily.
• Prepares truck purchase orders for management approval, including assignment of

general ledger codes. Receives, tags, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics according to Corporate and
Regional policy and local operating procedures.

• Follows all safety policies and procedures; Reconciles Dossier financial data to Lawson general ledger.
• Supports the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports. analyzing data, identifying trends and outliers, and correcting mistakes where
